Backups run automatically every day to ensure your latest content is always protected. No manual action is required.

Which social networks do you support?

We currently support Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch and Pinterest. If you need another platform with public access, let us knowโ€”we can often add it for free upon request.

How long do you keep backups?

We keep your backups indefinitely as long as your subscription is active. We never delete your data unless you explicitly request us to do so.

Is my content safe?

Yes. Your data is securely stored and backed up. For our Elite plans, we also replicate your data across multiple continents (Europe + USA) to ensure maximum redundancy and safety against any regional outages.

Can I back up my clients' accounts?

Yes, the Business/Elite plans allow backups of multiple accounts, making it perfect for agencies and social media managers.

How can I get a copy of my data?

Simply contact our support team from your registered email address. We will prepare a complete downloadable archive of your data. Depending on the size of your account, this process may take from a few hours to a few days.

What happens if I delete my account?

If you choose to cancel and delete your account, we will permanently purge all your data from our servers in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Do you need my password or social login?

No. We only need your public @handle โ€” nothing else. We never ask for your password or a "log in with" connection, and you should never give your social password to any app.

How can you back up my account without logging in?
